Health Insurance Paper
If you have health insurance, look into your policy to see what forms of mental health care it provides. If you do not have health insurance, look into the mental health coverage provided by Medicaid (http://dhs.wisconsin.gov/MEDICAID/). After your review, use a minimum of two double-spaced pages to address the following questions: 1. How much counseling does your insurance cover? 2. How much coverage of mood altering medications does it offer? 3. Can you imagine a situation in which you or a loved one would end up using medication without adequate counseling? Why do you think healthcare is structured like this?
