Assignment: As you live your life this week, observe your own moral decision-making patterns and do a bit of self-evaluation using the generally agreed upon virtues held by mental-health professions
Note: This paper, just like Decision Making #1, is designed to be a self-observation exercise and conversation with your computer, which you will then share in-full with your professor and in-part with your classmates. Assignment: As you live your life this week, observe your own moral decision-making patterns and do a bit of self-evaluation using the generally agreed upon virtues held by mental-health professions. Writing Task: Select one situation from this week and discuss the following. What is the moral decision you are being called upon to make? What in your character helps you identify these situations (reference virtue ethics)? What in your internal thinking and moral development assists you in making decisions to act, not act, and/or how to act/react (use professional moral principles where relevant)? How do things turn out and how do you feel about the outcome and yourself? Include in your discussion: What you learned about yourself? What was confirmed about yourseld? How is this consistent and/or inconsistent with your belief system about thre universe, humankind, and the good life? Turn in a 2 page paper that meets APA style guidelines (e.g. title page, No abstract, margins at 1 inch, use headings and do them according to APA guidelines, double space, use a running head, in-text citations and reference list required, and number pages appropriately - (Title page, 2 pages of content, reference page). I am an African American female.
